Thane Realty News project completes a successful year ! Thanks to Credai MCHI Thane for conveying an idea with Thanevaibhav and then constructing the concept for common good. Let us pat our own backs as we embark on yet another year

Planning and Design :

At this stage we took lot of efforts to plan and design this concept. The Project Conception was also clear defining the goals of creating more real estate literacy. At Design stage a layout was drawn which was attractive and useful too. We could achieve effective communication with members

Pre-Construction of Thane Realty News:

We cleared the land of misconceptions and ambiguity and levelled a favourable environment where all stakeholders of real estate can proactively share their inputs. Conducted necessary tests and surveys among the buyers (readers) and made the land fertile for real estate intellectual exchange

Construction:

We laid a good stable foundation with deep excavation of knowledge and insights recieved from our real estate veterans. While erecting this real estate newsletter’s framework we ensured it included proper ‘column’s beam’ing with good ideas which building strong ‘walls’ to protect the buyers. Roofing it with required credibility and authenticity. We ‘plumber’ed the myths and facts and electrified the readers with some amazing insights! We also ensured the Exterior and Interior Finishing are upto quality standards and the ‘doors’and ‘windows’ of this newsletter are open for bright ideas and ventilation.

Post-Construction:

We ensured the systems and protocols are functioning correctly and the newsletter is ready for ‘occupancy’. We are happy that all real stakeholders - developers, buyers and channel partners have taken the ‘possession’ in this project and all are sharing amicable relations. Thus this newsletter is helping us to construct long lasting relationships!
