Thane, 31 July 2025: CREDAI MCHI Thane President, Shri Sachin Mirani has extended heartfelt gratitude to the outgoing Thane District Collector Shri Ashok Shingare (IAS) for his invaluable support and contributions to the growth and development of Thane, particularly in the real estate sector.

Shri Ashok Shingare (IAS) retired on 31 July 2025.

During his tenure, the District Collector, he played a pivotal role in fostering a conducive environment for real estate development in Thane, facilitating smooth project execution, and ensuring timely approvals. His visionary leadership and commitment to the region's progress have been instrumental in shaping Thane's growth story, said the CREDAI MCHI Thane President.

"We appreciate Shri Ashok Shingare’s efforts while being the District Collector, in promoting Thane as a prime destination for investment and development. His dedication to the welfare of the region and its people has been commendable," said Faiyaz Virani, Hon. Secretary, CREDAI MCHI Thane.
