CREDAI MCHI Thane welcomes the Maharashtra State Budget 2026, presented by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, which outlines a comprehensive agenda for housing, infrastructure, and economic growth.

"We are encouraged by the budget's focus on completing 3.57 lakh houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and incentivizing rooftop solar energy," said Sachin Mirani, President, CREDAI MCHI Thane. "These initiatives will not only boost affordable housing but also promote sustainable development in Thane and across Maharashtra."

Faiyaz Virani, Hon. Secretary, CREDAI MCHI Thane, added, "The budget's emphasis on infrastructure development, including metro and highway networks, will significantly enhance connectivity and drive economic growth in Thane and the state. The budget aims to position Maharashtra as India's financial engine, create over 50 lakh direct and indirect jobs, and attract significant FDI, while setting long-term targets for sustainable urbanisation and economic growth by 2047.
