I see the efforts by CREDAI-MCHI Thane result in enhanced collaboration between authorities and industry, which reaffirms Thane's trajectory toward ‘Vision 2030’ — a future defined by transparency, sustainability, and progressive urban growth.

2026 holds immense promise as Thane and the MMR enter a decisive growth phase. Key infrastructure links, digital approval reforms, and potential rationalisation in taxation and TDR frameworks can significantly boost developer momentum. I foresee stronger demand in both mid-income and premium categories, along with increased investor interest.
