Not only he provides you with the information you are looking for, he also provides you many other insights which are not readily available online, like latest rate/price at which the last deal was finalised in the building/complex, builder’s attitude towards buyers, latest litigation if any which is not reflected on the RERA website, schemes launched for a shorter period, special festival discounts, financial needs of a particular builder etc.
